"I never thought that picking the right agent mattered until I needed her! Now, I know the difference. Alexis and her team are 'on the spot'! When my chimney collapsed into my roof creating a huge gaping hole with a waterfall in my living room we ended up needing a lot of work. "Delaney was a pleasure to work with, very easy to talk to and she is very understanding. She was upfront with me about everything and made me feel valued. She is prompt and persistent, she has tried to regain me as an auto customer for the last few years and finally done it today! I hope pricing can remain consistent or even better lower some of the outrageous auto insurance prices. It’s absurd that Louisiana has some of the highest rates and worst roads!! Maybe it’s time we get these corrupt politicians out and get someone who will fix our roads and work to lower our insurances costs! I see why many can’t afford it!"
