Key Responsibilities

· Client Management

o Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.

o Conduct regular reviews and updates of client portfolios to ensure they are on track to meet their objectives.

o Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues with a smile.

· Financial Planning

o Craft and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs and aspirations.

o Leverage financial planning software, such as MoneyGuide Pro, to create detailed projections and actionable strategies.

o Advise clients on a range of financial matters, including investments, insurance, retirement planning, and more.

· Data Analysis

o Dive deep into financial data to provide clients with actionable insights and personalized recommendations.

o Stay ahead of market trends and analyze their impact on client portfolios.

o Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

· Required Certifications

o Series 6 or 65 certification is a must-have.

· Technical Skills

o Expertise in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuide Pro).

o Strong grasp of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

o Experience in data analysis and financial modeling.

· Industry Experience

o Proven track record in financial services, with experience at firms like New York Life, Mass Mutual, or banks.

o Demonstrated ability to support customers, manage data, and nurture accounts effectively.

Compensation

· Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 with opportunities for bonuses and commissions, depending on experience.
